Recommended Care: Due to the nature of the materials used, KAIA Jewelry recommends all beaded bracelets to be rolled on and off wrists and to avoid water, sleeping, and athletic activity. All items are delicate and should be treated with care.

Custom Order Policy: All custom orders are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom order pricing will be determined by KAIA Jewelry. Custom orders can take 4-8 weeks to ship depending on design.

Re-Stringing Policy: KAIA Jewelry will NOT replace any of the materials EXCEPT re-string elastic pieces within 30 days from day of purchase. Receipt must be present. Insurance is recommended. KAIA Jewelry will not be responsible for any non-insured items. KAIA Jewelry will only re-string pieces purchased directly through www.KAIAJewelry.com

Shipping Policy: No refunds on shipping. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. Shipping takes 7-12 days unless otherwise specified. 

 

KAIA Jewelry will not be responsible for any non-insured items.

Return Policy: Returns can be made within seven days from day of purchase. Items return must be unworn and in original condition, without any defect.
